Clinic & Event Refund Policy

All registrations for clinics and events are non-refundable starting two weeks prior to the first day of the clinic or event. If you need to cancel within those two weeks, a refund will only be issued if your spot is filled by another participant.

If a replacement is found, a refund will be issued. If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be provided.
