Our Trainers

From starting young horses to developing confident show horses, our training team brings horses through a comprehensive, thoughtful program designed for long-term success.

We believe in developing confident, well rounded horses through diverse experiences, including groundwork, trail rides, time in the show ring, and everything in between. With patience, consistency, and a deep understanding of each horse’s individual needs, our trainers lay a solid foundation that sets every horse up to thrive in any direction their career may take.

Allie Anderson

Allie is a three-day event rider and trainer based in Western Wisconsin, with a proven record of success through the FEI 3*L level of eventing and Third Level Dressage—on horses she’s developed from the ground up. She is widely respected for her kind, patient approach and her sharp eye for bringing out the best in each horse, regardless of breed or background.

Allie’s training philosophy emphasizes a strong foundation in groundwork, clear communication under saddle, and a commitment to creating confident, capable athletes. She works with both horses and riders to build well-rounded partnerships that thrive in and out of the show ring.

In addition to her equestrian background, Allie holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her deep understanding of rider biomechanics uniquely positions her to help riders improve body awareness, effectiveness in the saddle, and overall harmony with their horses. She also offers biomechanics and therapeutic services tailored to equestrians.

At our farm, Allie leads our jumping education and has a strong background in French classical dressage. She is available for lessons in jumping, dressage, or flatwork on your own horse or a school horse.

Bridget Bursey

Bridget brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion to our training program. A USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist with distinction and Freestyle Bars, she has a strong foundation in dressage and a lifelong commitment to developing successful horse-and-rider partnerships.

With over a decade of professional training experience, Bridget is known for her detail-oriented approach and her ability to help horses and riders progress with confidence. She has made multiple trips to the US Dressage Finals and has specialized in starting young horses and successfully competing them up the levels. She is dedicated to helping each team reach their full potential, whether at home or in the show ring.

Bridget is currently available for dressage lessons and enjoys supporting riders of all levels in their training journey.

Julia Goyke

Julia is the steady hand and thoughtful presence behind our young horse program. With a quiet confidence and deep understanding of equine behavior, she specializes in starting young horses and giving them the solid foundation they need to succeed in any discipline.

Julia focuses on building trust and confidence from the ground up, introducing each horse to essential skills with patience, clarity, and consistency.
